João Pedro G. D. Spinelli is an MA student in the Postgraduate Programme in Translation Studies (PGET) at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) and also has a degree from the same institution. He already worked as a screenwriter, actor, director, singer, and musician in theatre groups, performance troupes, rock bands, cultural projects, and original films. He won a national poetry award and two original soundtrack awards. He currently works as a translator in São Paulo (SP).
