Irish Arts and Disabilities

Posters of the 7th Jornada do Núcleo de Estudos Irlandeses, “Irish Arts and Disabilities”, which occurred in 2023 on the 7th and 8th of November at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. The programme for the 7th included a sound installation, “Como criar sua própria sereia”, book launches and a film screening of “An Irish Goodbye”. The programme for the 8th includes two lectures, one by Chris Morash, “Old Songs, Half Forgotten: Memory, Experience and Theatrically” and the other by Vitor Alevato do Amaral, “James Joyce and the Senses of Disability”; an interview with Rosaleen McDonagh; alongside panels and book launches.
