Maria Eduarda da Luz is an undergraduate student of BA English Language at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She conducts research on border issues, such as the Troubles, and their relationship with Irish Gothic literature, particularly in plays written by women. She is interested in gender and sexuality issues in Irish theatre and how these intersect with Gothic elements in their narratives and performances.
